Transparency rules are mandatory in the USA, Germany and France. These rules are automatically applied to US and German stores on Skeepers.
Where can I manage my transparency rules?
Once logged in, click on your brand name in the top right-hand corner. This will take you to the store settings.
Here you'll see the "Disclosure Terms" area, where you can enter your official Name and Hashtag:
In our example, influencers will have to indicate:
- #giftedbyskeepers
- or a sentence including the words "Complimentary by Skeepers".
Don't include anything other than your brand name.
For example, don't indicate "Skeepers has offered you" because otherwise influencers will have to indicate "offered by Skeepers has offered you".
How do I activate the transparency rules for my store?
Not applicable for stores in the USA and Germany.
For other countries, please check with your Skeepers contact what was decided when Skeepers accesses were created at the start of the contract.
