  • The linked social media accounts have become private.
  • All your credits have been lost because you have repeatedly failed to fulfill the commitments of the campaigns.

In some cases, it is possible to regain access to your account, but this must be the result of a human action from our Skeepers team. Therefore, you can contact us by explaining the situation, and we will review your case.
