Where's my package?

If you are waiting for your package, there are different things to know to understand the progress of your parcel.

  • In the case of a service/voucher: the brand should have already indicated the steps to follow to retrieve the voucher (if not, they should contact you soon).
  • In the case of a physical product: the shipment is done by postal mail.

1. Find your tracking number

As soon as your product is shipped, Skeepers/the brand provide the tracking number for your parcel.

It will be available as soon as it is in transit.

Mobile app

  • Open your Skeepers app.
  • Go to the ORDERS section and click on the order of your choice.
  • Once on this page, click on the campaign title

  • You will then arrive on the campaign page containing all the information.
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the tracking number.

 

Web version

  • Go to the MY ORDERS section.
  • On the relevant campaign, click on the campaign title.
  • Here, you will see a "Track my order" button.

By clicking on it, you will directly access the tracking space for your parcel with the carrier chosen by Skeepers or the brand.

 

The tracking number is not available:

It is necessary to know who is in charge of the shipment before starting any procedure.

2. Who to contact in case of questions 

On our platform, there are 2 possibilities: 

  1. The brand manages its own logistics and sends you the parcels.
  2. Skeepers manages logistics for the brand.

If the brand manages its own logistics, you would need to contact them directly.

3. How to find out who is handling the shipment 

 On the mobile app

  • Open your Skeepers app.
  • Go to the ORDERS section and click on the order of your choice.
  • Once on this page, click on the campaign title

  • You will then arrive on the campaign page containing all the information.
  • Just below the name and logo of the brand, a phrase indicates: Delivered by Skeepers, or, Delivered by "brand name":

Web version

  • Once logged into Skeepers, go to the MY ORDERS section.
  • Click on the small square icon with an arrow, above the title of the desired campaign:
  • You will then arrive on the campaign page containing all the information.
  • In the space on the right, just below the section with the name and logo of the brand, a phrase indicates: Delivered by Skeepers, or alternatively, Delivered by "brand name":
