Where's my package ?

Congratulations, you have been selected by a brand for one of their campaigns! Now, you are waiting for your product. In the case of a service, the brand may have already indicated in the instructions the steps to follow to redeem the offer, or they will contact you regarding this. However, for physical products, you will receive them by mail.

If you are waiting for your package, there are different things to know to understand the progress of your shipment. That's what we will see in this article!


Tracking your order with the tracking number

As soon as your product is shipped, Skeepers provides the tracking number associated with your package. When brands handle your logistics, they can provide it, but it's not always the case.

To access your tracking number, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Skeepers account
  2. Go to the "Orders" page
  3. Click on the campaign title in question
  4. Here, you will see a button "Track my order". By clicking on it, you will directly access the tracking area of your package from the carrier chosen by Skeepers or the brand.

Who to contact in case of questions?

On our platform, there are 2 possibilities:

  1. The brand manages its own logistics and therefore sends the packages independently.
  2. We handle the logistics for the brand that has previously sent us the campaign products.

Before contacting us for information about your package, it is important to know who is responsible for sending it to you. Because if it is the brand that manages its own logistics, then we will not be able to assist you.


How to know who handles the logistics?

Here is the procedure to find out who is responsible for shipping your product:

  1. Log in to your Skeepers account
  2. Go to the "Orders" page
  3. Click on the square icon with an arrow above the campaign title
  4. You will arrive at the campaign page with all the instructions
  5. On the right, just below the box with the brand name and logo, you will see a sentence that indicates "Shipped by Skeepers" OR "Shipped by [brand name]"

Now, you know who is handling the logistics for this campaign!

If the brand is handling the logistics, you need to contact them directly because we cannot provide you with more information than what you already have. And if we handle the logistics, please contact us via the support widget on the platform, and our logistics team will respond to you as soon as possible.

Good to know!

If your Skeepers account is a Consumer account and not an Influencer account, you do not have access to the messaging feature integrated into our platform. In this case, it is best to contact the brand directly on Instagram or try to get in touch with their customer service. They will be able to redirect you to the appropriate internal contacts on their side.

If you have not received a response from them for more than 72 hours, you can send us a message via the support widget on our platform.
