Where's my package ?

If you are waiting for your package, there are different things you need to know to understand the progress of your shipment. 

🏕️ For a service: the brand has probably already indicated in the instructions to redeem the offer (otherwise, they will contact you soon).

💄 Physical products will be sent by mail. If you haven't received your product yet, please follow the instruction below:

Who is responsible for shipping?

On our platform, there are 2 options:

  1. The brand manages their own logistics and therefore sends the packages independently.
  2. Skeepers handles the logistics for the brand that has previously sent us the campaign products.


It is important to know who is responsible for the shipment.

Indeed, if the brand manages their own logistics: we will not be able to assist you.


How to know who handles the logistics?

  1. Log in to your Skeepers account
  2. Go to the "Orders" page
  3. Click on the square icon with an arrow above the campaign title
  4. You will reach the campaign page with all the instructions
  5. On the right, just below the box with the brand name and logo, you will see a sentence: "Shipped by Skeepers" OR "Shipped by [brand name]"

Brands can provide the tracking number, but it's not always the case.

If the tracking number is not available, please contact the Brand directly.

Tracking your order with the tracking number

As soon as your product is shipped, Skeepers provides the tracking number associated with your package.

To access your tracking number:

  1. Log in to your Skeepers account
  2. Go to the "Orders" page
  3. Click on the campaign title
  4. Here, you will see a button "Track my order".

By clicking on this button, you will directly access the tracking area of your package from the carrier chosen by Skeepers or the brand.

If we handle the logistics and you are facing an issue with your package: please contact us via the support widget on the platform. Our logistics team will answer you as soon as possible.

Good to know!

If your Skeepers account is a Consumer account and not an Influencer account, you do not have access to the messaging feature integrated into our platform.

In this case, it is best to contact the brand directly on Instagram or try to get in touch with their customer service. They will be able to redirect you to the appropriate internal contacts on their side.

If you have not received a response from them for more than 72 hours, you can send us a message via the support widget on our platform.
