Custom promo codes are different for each influencer you have accepted. Follow these 2 steps to create a campaign with a personalized promo code:
1. Define a personalized promo code campaign:
- When creating/editing your campaign, go to the 3 - INSTRUCTIONS section.
- Check the box "Configure personalized promo codes" when creating your campaign profile.
- Then, publish your campaign as you would normally.
2. Send the personalized promo code (2 options):
From the PENDING REQUESTS step:
- Once your campaign is live and new orders are received: go to the "Requests" tab in the menu.
- Click on the "Add Promo Codes" button:
- Click on export orders for which you want to send a personalized promo code.
- Once the .csv file is downloaded, add a different code for each accepted order.
- Reimport this .csv file on the platform so that an automatic message is sent to each approved influencer. They will receive the personalized promo code by email.
From the READY TO SHIP step:
If you prefer to manually send personalized promo codes one by one to each influencer:
- Move on to the "Ready to ship" step.
- Go to the desired line and click on the Burger Menu.
- Click on Add promo code:
