Once your campaign is launched, you can track influencer requests from the Requests tab.
This section allows you to follow the entire process of sending products to influencers from start to finish.
4 different tabs will be available:
Shipping managed by Skeepers
Click on the different tabs to discover what they correspond to:
All the influencers requests requiring validation or refusal from your part.
All the requests you have accepted. From there, Skeepers will handle the shipping for you.
Skeepers will update this column when the product will leave our warehouse and be on the way to the influencer.
Declined, canceled and expired requests.
Shipping managed by your brand
Click on the different tabs to discover what they correspond to:
All the influencers' requests requiring validation or refusal from your part.
All the requests you have accepted. On the "Actions" column click on "Ship" and the address of the influencer will display automatically. At this point, you have all the needed information to proceed to the shipping: export the requests and import them back with the tracking number ro automatically pass on the "Shipped" step.
The requests will automatically pass on this section once you imported each tracking number. If a shipping problem is reported by a creator, a little red envelop will appear!
