The brand has not answered my message

Some brands take longer than others to respond to your messages.

Indeed, depending on the brand's strategy, they may have many collaborations to manage at the same time, which can result in longer response times.

 

Response times

The first thing to check is the average response time of the brand in question.

 

Procedure:

  • Once logged in, go to the "My Orders" page.
  • Here, you will see your ongoing collaborations. Click on the name of the brand in question to access its store.
  • On this page, you will find the brand's description, as well as its average response time.

This way, you can estimate a response date from the brand.

 

What if they don't respond?

If the brand doesn't respond, you can first try to contact them via Instagram or their customer service. This way, you will be connected with the teams responsible for influencer marketing.

If there is no response from the brand after 72 hours, you can contact us through the support widget on the website or through your account on the mobile application.
