If you haven't received your product, you can't create and publish your content.
When your order is in "Sent" or "Received" status and you encounter a delivery problem, you need to report it as soon as possible so that we can quickly find a solution.
How to do it:
Simply click on the "Report a delivery problem" button in the"Orders" tab.
This changes the status of your order from "Sent"/"Received" to "Pending", and the timer for posting your review is stopped until the situation is resolved.
