What to do if I haven’t received my product?

When your order is shipped, you need to notify us of your shipping problem as soon as possible.

Within your account, please click on 'Signal a shipping problem' and we will be notified. Once you do this, the status of your order will change from 'shipped' to 'pending' and your deadline for posting the review will be frozen and you will not lose your credit until the issue is resolved.
