Forgot your password or simply need to edit it?
It's completely possible, and that's what we're going to see in this article!
Forgot password (during login)
In the case of a forgotten password, you can use our "Forgot password" option:
- On the login window, click on "Forgot password?"
- Enter the email address associated with your Skeepers account and click "Send."
- Check your email inbox as you have just received a link to reset your password.
- You can now choose a new password. It should be strong enough (minimum 8 characters, one number, one uppercase letter, or one symbol) and then click "Confirm."
Changing the password (already logged in)
If you simply want to change your password while already logged in, you can do so from your "My Account" section:
- Once logged in, go to your "My Account" section.
- Click on "Password."
- Change your password and then click "Update."
