If you wish to delete your account from our platform, please follow our indication:
Mobile Application:
- Click on the Account Icon - lower right corner
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to bottom of page:
- Delete my Account:
Desktop:
- Click on the Account Icon on the top right corner of the page:
- Scroll down to bottom of page
- Click on "Delete my Account" - right side of the page:
Attention:
Before deleting your Account, please ensure that all current Campaigns have been completed and validated.
Go to the "My orders" tab and check the "To do" section.
If you are unable to continue these campaigns for personal reasons, please inform the Brands.
