What should I do if I have a problem with the product I receive?

If you have a problem with the product you have received (faulty or incorrect order):

Let us know immediately so that we can find a solution as quick as possible!

  1. Go to Account (last icon on the right in the menu)
  2. Scroll down until reaching Help, and click on it 
  3. You will then have access to our Help center
  4. Use the Contact Icon to contact us:
