You can access information on the number of orders, products dispatched, and the activity and status progression of your stores.
To do so:
- Click on REPORTS from the Main Menu,
- Then, click on Operations:
2 crucial data points:
- % The Acceptance Rate thanks to to order funnel: This represents the percentage of accepted requests out of the total requests (excluding canceled ones):
- 🕝 The Average Response Time, via the Store behavious : This reflects the average time it takes for you to respond to a request:
To enhance your request management and present a positive image to influencers, we recommend maintaining an acceptance rate above 80% and an average response time within 48 hours.
