How to consult my logistics statistics

Discover analytics related to logistics.

You can access information on the number of orders, products dispatched, and the activity and status progression of your stores.

 

To do so:

  • Click on REPORTS from the Main Menu,
  • Then, click on Operations:

2 crucial data points:

  • % The Acceptance Rate thanks to to order funnel: This represents the percentage of accepted requests out of the total requests (excluding canceled ones):

 

 

  • 🕝 The Average Response Time, via the Store behavious : This reflects the average time it takes for you to respond to a request:

 

To enhance your request management and present a positive image to influencers, we recommend maintaining an acceptance rate above 80% and an average response time within 48 hours.

Additionally, you can find these metrics in the 'Requests' tab.
