In order to post your content on our platform, the brand must indicate that your package has been shipped. However, in some cases, the brand may forget this step and you may not be able to validate your collaboration!

Check the campaign brief
Before contacting the brand, you should first check the campaign brief to see if the solution to this situation is not already provided.
Indeed, the brand may have requested in the brief not to have any posts or reviews before a certain date, for example for the launch of a product.
Contact the brand
If the campaign brief does not solve your problem, the first thing to do is to contact the brand to change the status of your order! It is not necessary to contact us right away, as we do not have control over this, it is up to the brand to do it.
To contact the brand, you can do it from our web platform or our application in the "Inbox" tab.

If you are not registered as an Influencer and therefore only see Text Review campaigns, then you cannot contact the brand.
You can first send a message to the brand on Instagram, but if you don't get a response from them after waiting 48–72 hours, you can send us a request from our help widget on the platform.

If you do not receive a response from the brand after 48–72 hours, then you can send us a request from our help widget on the platform.
Once the situation is resolved
