The link to post my review does not work

When validating your Gifted Review Campaign, the link may not redirect you to the product page, or may simply redirect you to an error page.

Gifted Review Campaigns allow you to publish reviews of products sent to you by the brand.

However, clicking on the link may not take you to the product page.

Don't forget to check the brand brief.

Some campaigns indicate a specific time frame. These deadlines must be respected! Some campaigns are timed to coincide with the release of a product, and therefore should not be communicated before a certain date.

If the brief indicates a launch date in a few days' time, don't contact the brand or our support team: the link will be functional on the announced date.

The product is not available

 Clicking on the link will take you to an error page or the site's home page: the product is probably not yet available for sale and is therefore not displayed on the site.

To check this: type the brand name or product name on the page just opened into the search bar.

If you can't find the product, it's probably not available for sale.

What can I do?

If the product is not available on the site and no launch date is indicated in the campaign brief: contact the brand directly for more information. 

In case you cannot contact the brand: we invite you to reach out to our teams through our contact icon or through your account, under the "Help" tab from the mobile application.
